Restocking and Return Fees
For any orders that are refused or returned, a restocking fee of 25% of the item amount will be charged. This fee is applied to cover the costs associated with restocking the item. Additionally, all original and return freight charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer, without exception.
Shipping Damage Disclaimer
JDM West Coast is not liable for any damages that occur during the shipment of engines, transmissions, or parts. We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, but once they leave our warehouse, the responsibility for the condition of the shipment lies with the carrier.
Associated Expenses
Any expenses incurred in the application of our products, including shipping, labor, and transport, are not covered by JDM West Coast. Customers are responsible for these additional costs.
Return Conditions
Products, including engines and transmissions, must be returned in the same condition as received. We cannot accept returns of any engine or transmission that has been disassembled or parted out.
