Shipping Services and Surcharges
JDM West Coast provides specialized shipping services, including liftgate/tailgate and residential delivery for freight class items. These services are available for an additional surcharge. To avoid any delays, please ensure you select the appropriate service when finalizing your purchase.
Shipping Schedule
We are committed to prompt delivery and typically ship on the same business day for orders placed before 1 PM Pacific Standard Time. Orders received after this cutoff time will be dispatched the next business day. If an item is out of stock, it will be shipped one business day after it is restocked. Shipping charges will not be adjusted for out-of-stock items as they are shipped according to the original method requested.
Order Completion Notifications
If there is any issue with fulfilling your order, you will be notified via email within one business day.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to verified addresses within the 48 contiguous states of the USA. Customers in Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and the Virgin Islands should contact us before making a purchase to arrange shipping.
Tracking Information
After your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for all freight charges when returning defective items. No replacements will be sent until the returned items have been received and verified by our staff. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number provided by JDM West Coast and include the original invoice.
